My name is Torrie Bell, and I’m the founder of Codetorr LLC. I hold a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management, a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management, and national certifications as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), and Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC).

With a professional background in clinical coding, training development, and digital media, I bring a unique blend of strategy, structure, and creativity to every project.

As a multi-passionate creative, I’ve never fit neatly into one industry which is exactly why Codetorr was born. It’s a space where I can merge my passions for education, entrepreneurship, and innovation while helping others do the same.
